As you know, I love poetry, and have my Morning Walk poem in the Spring issue of Kindred Spirit magazine. Here’s another poem that you will find in my pamphlet Suzy Doodling, a book of poems on my author page. Poetry Book
There’s a mixture in there, as I used to write about anything and everything, then jot it into a poem. Some are more structured than others. Like the tectactrys of Snowdrops. It’s the formula of syllables, going from 1,2,3,4,10 then 10,4,3,2,1 so the finished poem has a diamond shape. Here’s one from the booklet. Now I can plan book 8, which is set in more recent times. This is 7,000 words in so far up to chapter 4.
